Jan.24-25, 2020 Annual OES FunSpiel
We invite you to join us for a fun-filled time at our Annual OES FunSpiel. The activities will include curling, bowling, cards and possibly some cribbage competitions.
When: January 24 and 25, 2020
Where: Gage Curling Club, 55 Fraser Avenue, Oromocto, NB
Please register by January 1, 2020 to allow for planning purposes. A fee of $25 is required for all persons attending and cheques should be made payable to Devon Chapter. The fee includes activities, supper and awards. When registering please indicate what activity you would like to do and also, if you are curling if you are willing to skip.
Schedule of Events:
January 24 (Friday) from 6:30 - 10:00 pm: Meet and Greet, Curling Registration at the Gage Curling Club.
January 25 (Saturday) 9:00 am: Coffee and muffins available.
10:00 am (approx) curling to commence
12:00 pm (approx) Lunch will be available at $7.50 per person.
1:00 pm (approx)Bowling, Cards and Curling. *bowling to take place in Fredericton
5:00 pm (approx) Dinner provided and Awards Ceremony
Accommodation:
- have been arranged at the Days Inn, 60 Brayson Blvd, Oromocto. (506) 357-5657. The rooms have been blocked for the nights of January 24 and 25. The room rate is $95 per night. Bookings must be made by December 24, 2019. When making your reservation please mention OES NEW BRUNSWICK.
Please note: anyone that is interested in curling Friday night, the Gage is having a Friday Night Social 7 - 10 pm at a cost of $10 per person. This is open to all members and non-members and all experience levels welcome. This is separate from the OES Funspiel and registration is not required.
